Do you recognise this man? (Photo in the below link) We would like to speak to him in connection with a reported assault at Poundland on Above Bar Street, Southampton. During the incident, which occurred at approximately 5.30pm on 4 August, it’s reported that an unknown man attempted to steal an item from the store. Upon being challenged about this by a member of staff, the man then kicked the victim in leg and punched him in the face, before leaving the store with the item. The victim was taken to hospital, where it was confirmed that he had sustained a fractured leg and bruising to the face.
